1- Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Website and Signal TV Apps, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules posted on the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this Website and Signal TV Apps.

2-  Accounts

When creating an account, the applicant is required to provide accurate, complete, valid, and current information, including their name, email address, and mobile number. These details must pertain exclusively to the applicant, who shall also be the rightful owner of the account being created. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the termination of the account and any associated services. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3- SMS Award Collection

If a participant does not receive their SMS revenue within 30 days after the current season ends, they must notify to Signal TV via email at customers@signaltv.mv using their registered email address. This notification must be made within 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the current season. Failure to do so will result in the permanent forfeiture of the award. No claims or disputes regarding the award will be entertained after this deadline. By participating in the event, all applicants acknowledge and agree to these legally binding and enforceable terms and conditions.

4- Subscription and Billing Cycle

Your subscription will begin on the day of your registration and expires on the same day of the following month

5- Credit / Debit Card Information

If you choose to pay by electronic card you will be redirected to the Maldives Payment Gateway  of  Bank of Maldives for you to enter the card details and the necessary processing. We will not be able to see, capture or store your card details and any other information you may enter at the Maldives Payment Gateway. All communications between Signal TV and Maldives Payment Gateway are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocol. Once payment processing is completed successfully, customers have the choice to send the bank payment slip to their preferred email OR to take a screenshot. If the customers want to check their payment history,  can redirected back to our Website and Signal TV Apps by visiting www.signaltv.mv and go to  quick pay  -> login -> profile -> statistics.

6- No Refund Policy

No refund policies for subscriptions typically specify that users will not get refunds for payments already made.

7- Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and Signal TV Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Website and Signal TV Apps owner and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Website and Signal TV Apps owner, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of this Website and Signal TV Apps or any violation of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website and Signal TV Apps. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Any type of film that does not violate the Constitution of the Maldives and the holy religion of Islam will be accepted.

19- Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any reason, including breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

• All genres that align with Islamic behavior and Maldivian regulations are accepted. 
 • Signal TV reserves the right to remove any films without prior notice.

Step 1 (Mobile Apps Registration and Subscription)

Register and subscribe to the Signal TV Mobile App using your mobile number to access existing Madhaha.

Step 2 (Join our Exciting Madhaha Completion)

1. To participate in the Madhaha Competition, it is compulsory to have an active subscription to Signal TV for the current month.
2. Fill out the form to enter the Madhaha Competition.

Madhaha Title
The video should be titled when starting of the Madhaha.

Participant Information
The Madhaha maker must provide Signal TV with detailed information about individual involved in the production.

Video Format
All Madhaha must be submitted in MP4 format, following the technical specifications provided by Signal TV.
Not less than 2 minutes, not more than 10 minutes. Otherwise, video will be rejected.
The shared video must be accessible via a Google Drive link, allowing the link to view and download the file.

Copy the video link from Google Drive and paste it in the designated field.
Follow these steps to share your video via Google Drive:
1. Upload the Video:
   1. Open Google Drive and click the "+ New" button.
   2. Select "File upload" and choose the video you want to upload.
2. Share the Video:
   1. Once the video has uploaded, right-click the file and select "Share."
   2. In the sharing window, click "Get link."
3. Set Sharing Permissions:
   1. Under "General Access," select "Anyone with the link."
   2. Set the permission to "Viewer" to allow others to watch the video.
4. Copy the Link:
   1. Click "Copy link" to get the shareable link.
5. Paste the Link:
   1. Paste the link in the designated field of the submission form.

Note:
 • Approved Madhaha will be uploaded to the Signal TV mobile apps.
 • Declined Madhaha will not be uploaded to the Signal TV mobile apps.

To enter this competition:
 • Send the recording (video only) of the Madhaha, via Google Drive to Online at: https://www.signaltv.mv/competition (https://www.signaltv.mv/competition)
 • The video sent as a recording of the song is the property of Signal TV.
 • To participate in Madhaha, a subscription fee of MVR 108 (inclusive of GST) applies.
 • This is open to all ages.
 • If you are a minor under 18, the above steps must be completed by a parent.
 • The video recordings will be uploaded to the Signal TV Mobiles apps, Facebook page, Instagram and Tik Tok.
 • The video cannot be removed after posting even if the sender requests it. In the event of removal, "Signal TV" reserves the right to remove.

Video standard:
 • The Madhaha is sung without melody.
 • All participants should be dressed in a manner that meets the ethical standards.
 • The participating song should not be longer than 3 minutes. and should not be shorter than 2 minutes.
 • Video of the reader (showing the movements of the reader) should be visible. Voice-only recordings will not be accepted as photos.

 • Share your Madhaha video via Google Drive and Paste the copied Google Drive link in the video submission section on the co(https://www.signaltv.mv/competition)mpetition page - https://www.signaltv.mv/competition (https://www.signaltv.mv/competition)

In the judging process, judges shall be provided only with the Madhaha title, poster, and a brief description. Judges will not have access to the names or identities of the competitors while assessing and scoring entries. Competitor identities will be revealed to the judges only after all scores have been finalized and submitted.

Competition winners and prizes:

• 1st Prize     –   MVR 4000 
 • 2nd Prize   –   MVR 2000 
 • 3rd place   –   MVR 1000

Others:
 • Each participant can submit maximum 3 Madhaha
 • Video submitted for other competitions will not be submitted. No other party's logo may be used in the video.
 • No age is considered when selecting.
 • If anything other than these happens, it will be handled by "Signal TV"

The competition will be evaluated by a three-member judging panel, contributing 50% of the total score.

Star Ranking Criteria

1. Poor -  (✵)  Major issues with pitch, rhythm, expression, and melody. Performance lacks coherence.

2. Fair - (✵✵) Some elements are decent, but noticeable inconsistencies in pitch, rhythm, or expression. Needs improvement.

3. Good -  (✵✵✵) Performance is solid with minor mistakes. Rhythm and melody are fairly well-executed.

4. Excellent  - (✵✵✵✵) Strong performance with good pitch, rhythm, and expression. Minor flaws but overall engaging.

5. Exceptional -  (✵✵✵✵✵) Outstanding execution in all areas. Excellent pitch, rhythm, mood, and expression. Memorable performance.

Half of the total score (50%) will come from SMS votes.

Judge Star Ranking Criteria
Each judge's star ranking is assigned based on the following criteria;
1. Awful (✵)– and perhaps offensive but definitely a bad film.  These get my Next category because I’m ready to move on!
2. Mediocre (✵✵)– may have made it to the end, but have no desire to ever think about it again
3. Decent (✵✵✵)– held my interest throughout, but I probably don’t need to see it again
4. Outstanding (✵✵✵✵)– I’d watch again without hesitation
5. Perfect (✵✵✵✵✵)– I’d like to own.  These titles get assigned either Must-see or Classic categories.  Sometimes both!
