1- ޝަރުތުތައް ޤަބޫލުކުރުން
މި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތައް ބޭނުންކުރުމުން، ތިބާ މި ޝަރުތުތަކާއި މާއްދާތަކަށް އަދި ވެބްސައިޓުގައި ޝާއިޢުކޮށްފައިވާ އިތުރު އެހެނިހެން އުސޫލުތަކަށް ތަބާވުމަށް އެއްބަސްވެއެވެ. މި ޝަރުތުތަކަށް އެއްބަސް ނުވާނަމަ، މި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތައް ބޭނުންކުރުމުން އެއްކިބާވުމަށް އެދެމެވެ.
2- އެކައުންޓްތައް
އެކައުންޓެއް ހަދާއިރު، އެދޭ ފަރާތުން ސައްޙަ، ފުރިހަމަ، ޞައްޙަ އަދި މިހާރުގެ މަޢުލޫމާތު ދޭންވާނެއެވެ. މީގެ ތެރޭގައި އެފަރާތުގެ ނަމާއި، އީމެއިލް އެޑްރެހާއި، މޯބައިލް ނަންބަރު ހިމެނެއެވެ. މި މަޢުލޫމާތުތަކަކީ ހަމައެކަނި އެދޭ ފަރާތާ ގުޅޭ މަޢުލޫމާތު ކަމުގައި ވާންވާނެއެވެ. އަދި އެކައުންޓުގެ ވެރިފަރާތަކީވެސް އެދޭ ފަރާތް ކަމުގައި ވާންވާނެއެވެ. މި ޝަރުތުތަކާ ޚިލާފުވެއްޖެނަމަ، އެކައުންޓާއި އެއާ ގުޅުންހުރި ޚިދުމަތްތައް ހުއްޓާލެވިދާނެއެވެ. ތިބާގެ ޕާސްވޯޑު ރައްކާތެރިކުރުމާއި، ތިބާގެ ޕާސްވޯޑު ބޭނުންކޮށްގެން ކުރެވޭ ހުރިހާ ޙަރަކާތްތަކަކަށް ތިބާ ޒިންމާވާންޖެހޭނެއެވެ. ތިބާގެ ޕާސްވޯޑު އެއްވެސް ތިންވަނަ ފަރާތަކަށް ހާމަނުކުރުމަށާއި، ސެކިއުރިޓީއަށް އެއްވެސް ބުރުލެއް އަރައިފިނަމަ ނުވަތަ ތިބާގެ އެކައުންޓް ހުއްދަނެތި ބޭނުންކޮށްފިކަން ފާހަގަކުރެވިއްޖެނަމަ އަވަހަށް އަޅުގަނޑުމެންނަށް އެންގުމަށް ތިބާ އެއްބަސްވެއެވެ.
3- އެސް.އެމް.އެސް އިނާމު ހޯދުން
ބައިވެރިއަކަށް މިހާރުގެ މޫސުން ނިމޭތާ 30 ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި އެސް.އެމް.އެސް އާމްދަނީ ނުލިބިއްޖެނަމަ، އެކަން ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީއަށް އެފަރާތުގެ ރަޖިސްޓަރީކޮށްފައިވާ އީމެއިލް އެޑްރެހުން customers@signaltv.mv އަށް އީމެއިލް ކުރަންވާނެއެވެ. މި އެންގުން މިހާރުގެ މޫސުން ނިމޭތާ 30 ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި އަންގަންވާނެއެވެ. މިގޮތަށް ނާންގައިފިނަމަ، އިނާމު ދާއިމީގޮތެއްގައި ގެއްލޭނެއެވެ. މި މުއްދަތު ހަމަވުމަށްފަހު އިނާމާ ގުޅޭގޮތުން އެއްވެސް ޝަކުވާއެއް ނުވަތަ ދެބަސްވުމެއް ބަލައެއް ނުގަނެވޭނެއެވެ. މި ޙަރަކާތުގައި ބައިވެރިވުމުން، ހުރިހާ އެދޭ ފަރާތްތަކުންވެސް މި ޤާނޫނީގޮތުން ބަނދެވޭ އަދި ތަންފީޒުކުރެވޭ ޝަރުތުތަކާއި މާއްދާތަކަށް އެއްބަސްވާކަމަށް ޤަބޫލުކުރެވޭނެއެވެ.
4- ސަބްސްކްރިޕްޝަން އަދި ބިލިންގ ސައިކަލް
ތިބާގެ ސަބްސްކްރިޕްޝަން ފެށޭނީ ތިބާ ރަޖިސްޓަރީވާ ދުވަހުއެވެ. އަދި އެ ސަބްސްކްރިޕްޝަން ހަމަވާނީ ޖެހިގެން އަންނަ މަހުގެ ހަމަ އެ ދުވަހުއެވެ.
5- ކްރެޑިޓް / ޑެބިޓް ކާޑުގެ މަޢުލޫމާތު
ތިބާ އިލެކްޓްރޯނިކް ކާޑުން ފައިސާ ދެއްކުމަށް ޚިޔާރުކުރާނަމަ، ތިބާ ، ތިބާ ބޭންކް އޮފް މޯލްޑިވްސްގެ މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޭމަންޓް ގޭޓްވޭއަށް ރައްދުކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. މިގޮތުން ތިބާއަށް ކާޑުގެ ތަފްޞީލުތަކާއި ބޭނުންވާ ޕްރޮސެސިންގ މަޢުލޫމާތު ފުރިހަމަކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. އަޅުގަނޑުމެންނަކަށް ތިބާގެ ކާޑުގެ ތަފްޞީލުތަކެއް ނުވަތަ މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޭމަންޓް ގޭޓްވޭގައި ތިބާ ފުރިހަމަކުރާ އެހެން އެއްވެސް މަޢުލޫމާތެއް ނުފެންނާނެއެވެ، ނުވަތަ ރެކޯޑުކުރެވޭނެއެވެ، ނުވަތަ ރައްކާކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީއާއި މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޭމަންޓް ގޭޓްވޭއާ ދެމެދު ހިނގާ ހުރިހާ މުޢާމަލާތްތަކެއް ވެސް ޓީއެލްއެސް/އެސްއެސްއެލް ޕްރޮޓޮކޯލް ބޭނުންކޮށްގެން އެންކްރިޕްޓް ކުރެވިފައިވާނެއެވެ. ފައިސާ ދެއްކުމުގެ ޕްރޮސެސް ކާމިޔާބުކަމާއެކު ނިމުމުން، ކަސްޓަމަރުންނަށް ބޭންކުގެ ފައިސާ ދެއްކި ސްލިޕް އެމީހުން އެދޭ އީމެއިލަކަށް ފޮނުވުމުގެ ނުވަތަ ސްކްރީންޝޮޓެއް ނެގުމުގެ އިޚްތިޔާރު އޮންނާނެއެވެ. ކަސްޓަމަރުން އެމީހުންގެ ފައިސާ ދެއްކުމުގެ ހިސްޓްރީ ބަލަން ބޭނުންވާނަމަ، www.signaltv.mv އަށް ޒިޔާރަތްކޮށް ކުއިކް ޕޭ -> ލޮގިން -> ޕްރޮފައިލް -> ސްޓެޓިސްޓިކްސް އަށް ގޮސްގެން އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ވެބްސައިޓަށް އަދި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތަކަށް އަނބުރާ ރައްދުކުރެވިދާނެއެވެ.
6- އަނބުރާ ފައިސާ ދޫނުކުރުމުގެ ސިޔާސަތު
ސަބްސްކްރިޕްޝަންތަކަށް އަނބުރާ ފައިސާ ދޫނުކުރުމުގެ ސިޔާސަތުތަކުގައި އާންމުކޮށް ބަޔާންކުރެވިފައި ވަނީ، ބޭނުންކުރާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް މިހާރު ދައްކާފައިވާ ފައިސާ އަނބުރާ ނުލިބޭނެ ކަމަށެވެ.
7- ފިކުރީ މުދާ
މި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތަކުގައި ހުރި ހުރިހާ ކޮންޓެންޓަކީ، އޭގެ ތެރޭގައި ލިޔުމާއި، ގްރެފިކްސްތަކާއި، ލޯގޯތަކާއި، އިމޭޖްތަކާއި އަދި ސޮފްޓްވެއަރ ހިމެނޭގޮތަށް، ނަމަވެސް މިބައިތަކަށް އެކަނި ހަނިނުވެ، ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތަކުގެ ވެރިފަރާތުގެ މުދަލެކެވެ. އަދި މިތަކެތި ރައްކާތެރިކުރެވިފައިވަނީ ކަމާބެހޭ ކޮޕީރައިޓް އަދި ފިކުރީ މުދަލުގެ ޤާނޫނުތަކުގެ ދަށުންނެވެ. ތިބާއަށް މި ތަކެތި އަލުން އުފެއްދުމާއި، ބެހުމާއި، ބަދަލުގެނައުމާއި، ނުވަތަ އޭގެ މައްޗަށް ބިނާކޮށް އައު އެއްޗެހި އުފެއްދުން ހުއްދައެއް ނުވާނެއެވެ. މިފަދަ ކަމެއް ކުރެވޭނީ ހަމައެކަނި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތަކުގެ ވެރިފަރާތުގެ ކުރިން ލިޔުމުން ދީފައިވާ ހުއްދައެއްގެ ދަށުންނެވެ.

މި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތައް ބޭނުންކުރާއިރު، ތިބާ އެއްބަސްވަނީ ޤާނޫނާ ޚިލާފު، ގެއްލުންދެނިވި، ނުވަތަ ފިތުނަވެރި ކަމަށް ބެލެވިދާނެ އެއްވެސް ޙަރަކާތެއްގައި ބައިވެރިނުވުމަށެވެ. ތިބާ ހުށަހަޅާ އެއްވެސް މަޢުލޫމާތެއް ނުވަތަ ކޮންޓެންޓަކަށް ތިބާ އަމިއްލައަށް ޒިންމާވާންޖެހޭނެއެވެ. އަދި އެއްވެސް ޤާނޫނަކާ ޚިލާފުނުވާކަން އަދި ތިންވަނަ ފަރާތެއްގެ ޙައްޤަކަށް އަރައިނުގަންނަކަން ތިބާ ކަށަވަރުކުރަންވާނެއެވެ.
9- ކޮޕީރައިޓް ސިޔާސަތު

15- ބަދަލު ދިނުން

16- ޝަރުޠުތަކަށް ގެނެވޭ ބަދަލުތައް

މި ޝަރުޠުތަކާއި މާއްދާތައް ވަނީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤާނޫނުތަކާ އެއްގޮތްވާ ގޮތުގެ މަތިން އެކުލަވާލެވި، މާނަކުރެވިފައެވެ. މި ޝަރުޠުތަކުން ނުވަތަ ތިބާ މި ވެބްސައިޓާއި ސިގްނަލް ޓީވީ އެޕްތައް ބޭނުންކުރުމުގެ ސަބަބުން އުފެދޭ އެއްވެސް ޚިލާފެއް ބެލުމުގެ ހަމައެކަނި އިޚްތިޞާޞް ލިބިގެންވަނީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި ޤާއިމުކުރެވިފައިވާ ކޯޓުތަކަށެވެ. މި ޝަރުޠުތަކުގައިވާ އެއްވެސް ޙައްޤެއް ނުވަތަ މާއްދާއެއް ތަންފީޛު ނުކުރުމަކީ އެ ޙައްޤުތަކުން ދޫކޮށްލުމެއް ކަމުގައި ނުބެލެވޭނެއެވެ. މި ޝަރުޠުތަކަކީ އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ދެމެދުގައިވާ މުޅި އެއްބަސްވުމެވެ. ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީއާއި އިސްލާމްދީނުގެ މާތްވެގެންވާ އުޞޫލުތަކާ ޚިލާފުނުވާ ކޮންމެ ބާވަތެއްގެ ފިލްމެއްވެސް ބަލައިގަނެވޭނެއެވެ.

No claims or disputes regarding the award will be entertained after this deadline. By participating in the event, all applicants acknowledge and agree to these legally binding and enforceable terms and conditions.
4- Subscription and Billing Cycle
Your subscription will begin on the day of your registration and expires on the same day of the following month
5- Credit / Debit Card Information
If you choose to pay by electronic card you will be redirected to the Maldives Payment Gateway of Bank of Maldives for you to enter the card details and the necessary processing. We will not be able to see, capture or store your card details and any other information you may enter at the Maldives Payment Gateway. All communications between Signal TV and Maldives Payment Gateway are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocol. Once payment processing is completed successfully, customers have the choice to send the bank payment slip to their preferred email OR to take a screenshot. Video standard:
The Madhaha is sung without melody.
All participants should be dressed in a manner that meets the ethical standards.
The participating song should not be longer than 3 minutes. and should not be shorter than 2 minutes.
Video of the reader (showing the movements of the reader) should be visible. Voice-only recordings will not be accepted as photos.
When sending the video recording, owner name, email address and madhaha name ... etc should be included. as in page - https://www.signaltv.mv/competition
Share your Madhaha video via Google Drive and Paste the copied Google Drive link in the video submission section on the competition page - https://www.signaltv.mv/competition
In the judging process, judges shall be provided only with the Madhaha title, poster, and a brief description. Judges will not have access to the names or identities of the competitors while assessing and scoring entries. Competitor identities will be revealed to the judges only after all scores have been finalized and submitted.

4. Excellent - (✵✵✵✵) Strong performance with good pitch, rhythm, and expression. Minor flaws but overall engaging.
5. Exceptional - (✵✵✵✵✵) Outstanding execution in all areas. Excellent pitch, rhythm, mood, and expression. Memorable performance.

Judge Star Ranking Criteria
Each judge's star ranking is assigned based on the following criteria;
1. Awful (✵)– and perhaps offensive but definitely a bad film. These get my Next category because I’m ready to move on!
2. Mediocre (✵✵)– may have made it to the end, but have no desire to ever think about it again
3. Decent (✵✵✵)– held my interest throughout, but I probably don’t need to see it again

In the judging process, judges shall be provided only with the film's title, poster, and a brief description. Judges will not have access to the names or identities of the competitors while assessing and scoring entries. Competitor identities will be revealed to the judges only after all scores have been finalized and submitted.
This arrangement is implemented to ensure impartiality in scoring and to avoid any potential biases. By agreeing the Terms and Condition, all parties affirm their understanding and acceptance of this judging procedure.
